Dr. Alessandro Motroni is a biomedical engineer, entrepreneur, and global leader in digital dentistry innovation. He currently serves as Senior Director of R&D Digital Dentistry at ZimVie Inc., where he leads global research and development efforts in computer-assisted surgery, digital workflows, and minimally invasive clinical protocols. As the Founder and CEO of 3DIEMME Srl, Alessandro has been instrumental in advancing medical software development, surgical instrument design, and regulatory compliance for medical devices. With nearly two decades of experience in biomedical engineering, he has contributed extensively to 3D anatomical reconstruction, CAD/CAM technologies, and rapid prototyping in the medical field. Alessandro holds an Executive MBA from Politecnico di Milano, complementing his Biomedical Engineering degree with expertise in strategy, finance, and innovation management. He has authored numerous scientific publications in the fields of radiology, implantology, and guided surgery. His career reflects a passion for technological advancements in healthcare, bridging engineering and clinical practice to enhance patient outcomes worldwide as well as artificial intelligence.

Dr. Conejo is the Clinical CAD/CAM Director at the Department of Preventive and Restorative Sciences, University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, Philadelphia PA, USA. He obtained his dental degree from the Universidad Latina, Costa Rica and then completed training as a prosthodontist at Universidad Intercontinental, Mexico. He conducts research and has multiple publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals on CAD/CAM technology, prosthodontics, and implant dentistry. Dr. Conejo has been the recipient of several awards in his field, to include the ICP Research Fellowship in Dental Restorative Materials in 2016 and has lectured in more than 35 countries with emphasis on digital workflows for esthetic tooth and implant-supported restorations.

Dr. Boyse received his dental degree from the University of the Pacific – Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, where he was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society. He completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Boyse maintains a group practice with an emphasis on full arch immediate load cases and new technologies, in Mesa, Arizona.

Dr. Katranji received all his degrees from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, receiving a B.A. in English, a D.D.S., and an M.S. in Periodontics. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and Dean's Faculty at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, Department of Periodontics. Dr. Katranji is well published in periodontal and implant journals as well as lectures on implant-related topics. He has been involved in the development of new bone grafting materials that makes dental implant placement possible in more complex situations. He is a past recipient of the Ramfjord Award for Excellence from the University of Michigan, the Leadership Award from the Michigan College of Dentists, and he was a finalist for the Lazzara Implant Fellowship given by the American Academy of Periodontology. He practices Periodontics and Implant Dentistry in Ann Arbor with Dr. Misch, as well as in Southfield.

Dr. Stephen Chu received his doctoral degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and his
master’s degree in restorative dentistry and certificate in post-graduate Fixed Prosthodontics from the University
of Washington School of Dentistry. He subsequently obtained his dental technician certification in dental ceramics and ASMDT status at New York University College of Dentistry. Dr. Chu is affiliated with the American Dental
Association, the Greater New York Academy of Prosthodontists, the American College of Prosthodontists, the
Northeastern Gnathological Society, the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry and The Society for Color and
Appearance in Dentistry. Dr. Chu is Associate Professor and Director of Esthetic Education at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine, Department of Prosthodontics. He is the Prosthodontic Section Editor for Practical Procedures and Aesthetic Dentistry and is on the editorial review board for many dental publications. Dr. Chu maintains a private practice in New York City.

Dr. Stephanie Chu received her undergraduate degree from New York University and her dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, graduating with honors in clinical dentistry. She then completed a General Practice Residency at the Manhattan Veterans Affairs Hospital, which was followed by three years of Post-Graduate Periodontics & Implantology education at the joint program between New York University and the Manhattan Veterans Affairs Hospital, where she also served as chief resident.
She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and is an active member in the American Academy of Periodontology. She remains active in academia, having published numerous articles within the field of clinical research, and is an adjunct clinical professor at the Manhattan Veterans Affairs Post-Graduate Periodontics Department.

Shawn Dibble brings 20 years of experience in the dental industry, with a background that spans practice building, office management, chairside assisting, and removable laboratory technology. Since 2012, he has been actively engaged in the digital evolution of dentistry. Shawn holds a BS degree from SUNY Empire State College and has spent the last decade working extensively with intraoral scanners, chairside conversions, and surgical guide design. His expertise with a wide range of digital tools has contributed to advancing digital workflows in both clinical and laboratory environments. As a RealGUIDE Certified Dental Technician and experienced platform user, Shawn is well-equipped to help dental professionals confidently integrate RealGUIDE into their practice.
